The Home Inspection Process

A professional home inspection covers hundreds of  items inside and outside the home.  Our thorough inspection process typically takes 2¹/₂ to 3¹/₂ hours to complete.  During the inspection we conduct a visual inspection of accessible systems and components of the home including:

· Electrical systems

· Plumbing systems

· Roofs and Attics

· Basements and Crawl Spaces

· Gutters and Drainage

· Walls, Floors and Ceilings

· Porches and Decks

· Property and Site

We also inspect and operate:

· Furnaces in heating season

· Air Conditioning in cooling season

· Plumbing Fixtures in Kitchens and Baths

· Water Heaters

· All accessible Lights and Receptacles

· All accessible Windows and Doors

· Built-in Appliances

All inspections are conducted within the N.A.C.H.I. Standards of Practice.
